Maintenance

For our existing clients, we offer several web maintenance packages. Our standard maintenance package is $55.00 for up to 1/2 hour of web updates.  For typical HTML/CSS-based websites, this equates to enough time to add up to four photos and a few paragraphs of text (note, this does not include Flash imagery updates. This is for typical web page image updates only). The typical turn around time on standard maintenance requests is three business days.

If it takes more than the 1/2 hour to complete your web updates, we will advise prior to making the changes. Typically, we never go over the time plan for which you have purchased. If the maintenance you need does not fit within your purchased plan, we can provide you with an estimate on the amount of time we expect it to take.  Maintenance requests that exceed your purchased plan will be completed as soon as possible based on current workload.  Additional requests may fall outside of the turn around time of three business days.
